Changes for version 0.03

Fixed typos in POD. Renamed ShowReadbleParameters to ShowReadableValues. Fixed problem in Makefile.PL with underscore character in $ExtUtils::MakeMaker::VERSION. Used regex to strip it.

To install Device::ELM327, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Device::ELM327

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Device::ELM327
