Changes for version 0.31 - 2015-01-15

Perl::Critic and Perl::Tidy need to be the develop requires list for modules using this bundle, not in the prereqs of the bundle itself.

Creates a weaver.ini and .mailmap to populate Contributors in docs

Sets up default license and copyright holder

Creates default tidyall.ini, perltidyrc, and perlcriticrc files if they don't yet exist

DROLSKY's plugin bundle

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::DROLSKY, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::DROLSKY

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::DROLSKY
