Changes for version 0.39 - 2012-03-10

The test suite now uses Test::Fatal instead of Test::Exception (Karen Etheridge).
Bump dependency on MooseX::Types::Structured to 0.24, whcih which contains more detailed error messages as well as some performance enhancements.

Method declarations with type constraints and no source filter

To install MooseX::Method::Signatures, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Method::Signatures

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Method::Signatures
