Switch [GatherDir] to [Git::GatherDir] so build artifacts (blib/, pm_to_blib, Makefile, MYMETA.*) and untracked files no longer end up in the release tarball
Exclude CLAUDE.md and AI_AND_LLM_POLICY.txt from the dist
Fix post-release Automated Version Bump commit to include lib/**/*.pm and scripts/yath alongside Makefile.PL via allow_dirty_match in [Git::Commit / Commit_Changes]; previously those bumps were left dirty and required a manual "Missed version bumps" cleanup commit each release
