Test::Builder::Fork - Fork support for Test::Builder

DESCRIPTION

This module is used by Test::Builder::Stream to support forking.

SYNOPSYS

use Test::Builder::Fork;

my $f = Test::Builder::Fork;

if ($pid = fork) {
    waitpid($pid, 0);
    $f->cull;
}
else {
    $f->handle(Test::Builder::Result::Ok->new(bool => 1);
}

...

METHODS

$f = $class->new

Create a new instance

$f->pid

Original PID in which the fork object was created.

$f->tmpdir

Temp dir used to share results between procs

$f->handle($result)

Send a result object to the parent

$f->cull

Retrieve result objects and send them to the stream
