- Hand tickets off on comments as well as replies. An rt-mailgate run with --action comment records incoming mail as a Comment rather than a Correspond transaction, so a Correspond-only condition never saw those replies. See UPGRADING in the docs: existing installs need a one-time database tweak to widen the installed scrip condition.
- New $AwayModeTransactionTypes option to narrow which transaction types trigger the handoff (default: Correspond and Comment).
- New $AwayModeIgnorePrivilegedComments option (off by default) to exempt comments written by privileged users, so a colleague's internal note doesn't unassign the ticket.
