Make the reader methods for _action_roles and _action_role_args not be context-sensitive and always return a plain list.

Apply roles to action instances

To install Catalyst::Controller::ActionRole, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Controller::ActionRole
