Updated documentation. _get_installed_version() doesn't call CPAN::Shell::inst_version() anymore (which I thought I had removed in 0.007 anyway).

Test if you incremented VERSION

To install Test::GreaterVersion, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::GreaterVersion

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::GreaterVersion
