Changes for version 0.09

(should severely reduce the required memory during compilation: now builds when 130MB of free_mem + swap/tmp
- takes 15min on Ultra5/333MHz
  - *and* may speed up compilation - if quadratic algos).

Perl extension for low level operations over numeric arrays.

To install Numeric::LL_Array, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Numeric::LL_Array

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Numeric::LL_Array
