A simple wrapper around the python Gemini library for annotating VCF files.

To install BioX::Wrapper::Gemini, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm BioX::Wrapper::Gemini

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install BioX::Wrapper::Gemini
