    dbic-migration --sandbox_dir /opt/sandbox-databases

String that represents a filesystem path

Lets you control where any database sandboxes are built.  By default these
live in the same directory as 'target_dir'.  You may wish for the sandbox
database to go someplace else.
When required you can also populate this option with the %ENV variable
DBIC_MIGRATION_SANDBOX_DIR.
