Changes for version 0.12 - 2018-07-21

Introduce Test::Against::Dev::Salvage. This package provides methods that can be used when a test-against-dev run exits after completing 'cpanm' but before completing 'run_cpanm().

Test CPAN modules against Perl dev releases

Process monthly and master PSV files

Parse a cpanm build.log when run_cpanm() existed prematurely.

To install Test::Against::Dev, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Against::Dev

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Against::Dev
