Changes for version 0.02

Fixed a silly bug: mkdir('a'); mkdir('a/b'); would fail because a already existed.

Easy-to-use self-cleaning scratch space.

To install Directory::Scratch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Directory::Scratch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Directory::Scratch
