Changes for version 0.06

Applied a patch (#21120) from TOBEYA. API has changed a bit, but it's for the better.

Easy-to-use self-cleaning scratch space.

To install Directory::Scratch, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Directory::Scratch

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Directory::Scratch
