File-Attributes
File::Attributes lets you assign attributes to files (and read them,
and list them, and delete them).
INSTALLATION
To install this module, run the following commands:
    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install
If the tests fail, don't install the module.  Instead, file a bug report.
