Changes for version 0.85 - 2006-11-15

corrected the fitness function in the test
- added perceptron c++ code that I wrote a long time ago ;)
added an example (pso_ann.pl) for training a simple feed-forward neural network
- updated POD

To install AI::PSO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AI::PSO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AI::PSO
