Changes for version 2.04

Changed the context member from free to gd_free to allow for compiling. Fixed the regression tests since the gd-generated images have changed slightly.

in GD/Polyline.pm

To install GD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm GD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install GD
