NAME

Text::Pipe::Code - Filter text through a code ref

SYNOPSIS

my $pipe = Text::Pipe->new('Code', code => sub {
    my $input = shift;
    ...
});

my $result = $pipe->filter(...);

DESCRIPTION

Text::Pipe::Code inherits from Text::Pipe::Base.

The superclass Text::Pipe::Base defines these methods and functions:

METHODS

clear_code
$obj->clear_code;

Clears the value.

code
my $value = $obj->code;
$obj->code($value);

A basic getter/setter method. If called without an argument, it returns the value. If called with a single argument, it sets the value.

code_clear
$obj->code_clear;

Clears the value.

filter

Passes the input to the code reference and returns the result. No distinction is made between single strings and references to array of strings.
