Changes for version 0.03 - 2008-11-01

Changed dist style and Changes back to standard. People didn't like it - the nail that sticks out gets hammered down.
Added standard test files; this will also help with CPANTS.
remember if we've processed a file already; can happen with nested directories in @INC

Generate autocompletion information for vim

To install Vim::Complete, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Vim::Complete

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Vim::Complete
