Improve spell checking for Perl files by manually calling the `context` aspell filter (instead of using the `perl` mode that does not work well).

To install Dist::Setup, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Setup

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Setup
