switch to Data::Munge::eval_string
make with_return a named sub to improve stack traces
cache runtime generated trampolines; should cut down on the need to eval strings at runtime
document RETURN_MULTI_LEVEL_PP
add RETURN_MULTI_LEVEL_DEBUG for capturing with_return stacks

return across multiple call levels
