Changes for version 0.022 - 2026-04-12

  • Rename variable var to variable.
  • Downgrade LICENSE files to match the current Software::License distro version files with typos, whitespace and all.
  • Improve GitHub Action workflow for Linux.
  • Fix broken GitHub Action workflow for Windows.
  • Explicitely return undef from a sub as sub doc decrees. Suppress warning.
  • Rewrite all tests using Test2::V1.
  • Rewrite t/required-dotenv.t using Test2::Tools::GenTemp.
