"Pretty" XML fixed.
Removed ToCGI - that was a dumb name!
Fixed - the module was actually totally broken, except
in a mod-perl environment where we'd already included XML::Parser at the server level.

Extension of CGI.pm which reads/generates formated XML.

in Path/Path.pm

To install CGI::XMLForm, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::XMLForm

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::XMLForm
