The DESCRIPTION was referring to Lingua::EN::Number instead of Lingua::EN::Numbers.

turn "1984" into "nineteen eighty-four", etc

To install Lingua::EN::Numbers::Years, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::EN::Numbers::Years

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::EN::Numbers::Years
