- Fix 'Argument "" isn't numeric in int' warnings logged to the console when numeric query parameters (?topn=, ?max=, ?max_cols=, ?per_page=, ?page=, ?min_r=, ?max_r=) are submitted with an empty value.
- Fix ?bins=0 reverting to 10 bins instead of clamping to 1: the || 10 empty-string guard must not swallow the literal value 0. histogram_view now uses the defined-and-non-empty pattern so that ?bins=0 correctly passes through the $bins < 1 clamp.
- Tests
- Add t/binned.t: end-to-end contract tests for /histogram pre-binned mode (label/count correctness, bins=N clamping, max-lands-in-top-bin, no d3.bin() call, bin()/histogram label agreement, virtual column binning, flat fixture, empty/error state).
