Changes for version 43

  • Improve documentation of the `build` command.
  • Guard against unsupported use of the `--prefix` build option.
  • Warn appropriately when a `build` command did not result in a working Rakudo installation.
  • Be encoding aware when reading environment variables. This should hopefully fix Rakubrew to mess up PATHs with non-ASCII chars in it.
