This document describes version 0.122 of App::PDRUtils::MultiCmd::sort_prereqs (from Perl distribution App-PDRUtils), released on 2021-05-25.

FUNCTIONS

handle_cmd

Usage:

handle_cmd(%args) -> [$status_code, $reason, $payload, \%result_meta]

Sort lines in `[Prereqs/*]` sections.

This command can sort [Prereqs/*] sections in your dist.ini according to this rule (TODO: allow customized rule): perl comes first, then pragmas sorted ascibetically and case-insensitively (e.g. strict, utf8, warnings), then other modules sorted ascibetically and case-insensitively.

Can detect one-spacing or two-spacing. Detects directives and comments.

This function is not exported.

This function supports dry-run operation.

Arguments ('*' denotes required arguments):

  • depends => array[str]

    Only include repos that has prereq to specified module(s).

  • doesnt_depend => array[str]

    Exclude repos that has prereq to specified module(s).

  • exclude_dist_patterns => array[str]

    Exclude repos which match specified pattern(s).

  • exclude_dists => array[str]

    Exclude repos which have specified name(s).

  • has_tags => array[str]

    Only include repos which have specified tag(s).

    A repo can be tagged by tag X if it has a top-level file named .tag-X.

  • include_dist_patterns => array[str]

    Only include repos which match specified pattern(s).

  • include_dists => array[str]

    Only include repos which have specified name(s).

  • lacks_tags => array[str]

    Exclude repos which have specified tag(s).

    A repo can be tagged by tag X if it has a top-level file named .tag-X.

  • repos => array[str]

    .

  • spacing => int

    Set spacing explicitly.

Special arguments:

  • -dry_run => bool

    Pass -dry_run=>1 to enable simulation mode.

Returns an enveloped result (an array).

First element ($status_code) is an integer containing HTTP status code (200 means OK, 4xx caller error, 5xx function error). Second element ($reason) is a string containing error message, or "OK" if status is 200. Third element ($payload) is optional, the actual result. Fourth element (%result_meta) is called result metadata and is optional, a hash that contains extra information.
