[Bugfix] We should be skipping non-ondisk modules only, we can already process non-ondisk scripts.

Add prerequisites from Rinci metadata

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs
