Implement version checking for 'prog' (currently only for 'git') (ref: Rinci 1.1.101).

Check dependencies from 'deps' property

To install Perinci::Sub::DepChecker, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::DepChecker

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::DepChecker
