A program to calculate N50 from FASTA/FASTQ files, used as template for Proch::N50 [n50_algorithm.pl]

Calculate N50 from a FASTA or FASTQ file without dependencies

To install Proch::N50, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Proch::N50

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Proch::N50
