Changes for version 0.1

Original version. Added storable() and local_storable() method. This is more of a proof-of-concept version. Comments welcome.

Store times in a portable format

To install Time::Storable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Storable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Storable
