re-openlog after fork, mostly to compensate for IO::Async::Process's weird "close all fds" behavior on fork (even without exec)

log events to syslog with Unix::Syslog

To install Log::Dispatch::UnixSyslog, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Dispatch::UnixSyslog

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Dispatch::UnixSyslog
