delayed action processing was broken and could loop forever when delayed actions were created from previous delayed action being executed after an state change.

define classes for state machines

in lib/Class/StateMachine.pm

To install Class::StateMachine, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Class::StateMachine

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Class::StateMachine
