  • explicitly closes SFTP channel on DESTROY
  • load Net::SSH2 when module is loaded, not from new
  • not all versions of Net::SSH2 support LIBSSH2_ERROR_EAGAIN
  • queue_size default was using the wrong key name and so being ignored
