Makefile.PL LIB parameters were in the wrong order (bug report and solution by Geoffrey D. Bennett).
nonBlocking() was broken

To install Pg::PQ, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pg::PQ

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pg::PQ
