corrected bug on system_back. Child process run the parent code when exec failed (reported by Albert Vila).

limit the number of child processes running

To install Proc::Queue, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Proc::Queue

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Proc::Queue
