backward incompatible change: use j and J as the template for IVs and UVs; and i and I for ints and unsigned ints respectively.
make it work in 64bit systems

store arrays in memory efficiently as packed strings

To install Tie::Array::Packed, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tie::Array::Packed

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tie::Array::Packed
