Changes for version 0.04 - 2012-02-10

Rename distribution from Sub-Spec-DepChecker to Perinci-Sub-DepChecker. Move Perinci-/Perl-specific dependency types to Perinci.

Check dependencies from 'deps' property

To install Perinci::Sub::DepChecker, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::DepChecker

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::DepChecker
