  • Converted to use a RelaxNG schema.
    • Now using it in ::ToHTML instead of the DTD.
  • Added a sanity check for no inner desc inside the addressing part.
  • Changed the 'license' field in Build.PL from 'bsd' to 'mit' which is more accurate.
