Math-MPC-1.30

Changes for version 1.30

Jump straight to version 1.30, as this module now contains a fair amount of new functionality that requires version 1.3.0 (or later) of the mpc library.
Fix for Makefile.PL. (It was not defining NV_IS_FLOAT128 when it should.)
Handle "rounding away from zero" mode. (Becomes available in mpc-1.3.0.)
Add new functions Rmpc_agm, Rmpc_eta_fund and in_fund_dom.
Wrap Radius functions.
Wrap Ball functions.

To install Math::MPC, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::MPC

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::MPC
