Minilla::CLI::Prepare - Prepare the source tree for release
SYNOPSIS
% minil prepare
% minil prepare v1.2.3DESCRIPTION
This sub-command updates the distribution version, regenerates repository files, and prepares Changes when Minilla manages it.
When standard input is not a terminal, the version argument is required. An explicitly supplied empty version is invalid. A version format change fails instead of prompting for confirmation. If Changes needs editing, Minilla reports the problem and skips the interactive editing step; it still regenerates files and rewrites Changes.
It does not commit changes, create a Git tag, build a distribution archive, upload to CPAN, or push anything.
