Changes for version 0.2

Caught a fatal error in 0.1 release due to insufficient testing. As a result of the fix, the system-wide configuration file is no longer necessary.

Simple way of using a CGI to search flat-text database files.

To install CGI::Search, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Search

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Search
