NAME

Game::Asset::SDLSound::Manager - Manage the environment for playing sounds in SDL

ATTRIBUTES

freq

Sampling frequency. The default is 44,100.

format

Output format. The default is SDL::Mixer::MIX_DEFAULT_FORMAT.

channels

Number of channels to output. The default is 2.

chunksize

The size of the chunks to send at one time. The default is 4096.

METHODS

init

Intitilizes the SDL mixer subsystem with the information provided in the attributes above.

is_playing

Returns true if a sound is currently playing.

finish

Cleans up the SDL mixer subsystem.
