Various rdf_parse cleanups. RDF::RDFa::Parser 1.093 is now required - this eliminates a lot of conditional code.
(Bugfix) rdf_blank always returned the same blank node with an identifier of 'blank'.
(Bugfix) rdf_statement failed if RDF::Trine::Parser::Redland was in action.
(Update) use RDF::Query 2.903.
(Update) use RDF::Trine 0.130.
