(Bugfix) Fix various small issues around RDF::TrineShortcuts -> RDF::TrineX::Functions switch.

To install RDF::vCard, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm RDF::vCard

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install RDF::vCard
