(Packaging) Split out easy types into Types::XSD::Lite, which this module now depends on.

type constraints based on XML schema datatypes

To install Types::XSD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Types::XSD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Types::XSD
