Changes for version 0.02 - 2009-06-04

Doc : Typos and nits.
Fix : Dieing inside a Thread::Cleanup callback no longer causes the whole process to exit.
Tst : Test that detached threads destructors don't fire before END.

Hook thread destruction.

To install Thread::Cleanup, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::Cleanup

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::Cleanup
