Allow for a line in CHANGES to contain just 1 long token, without outputting a warning under recent Perls.

Process old-style and new-style Changelog.ini files

Manage a machine-readable Changelog.ini file, with optional conversion from CHANGES style

To install Module::Metadata::Changes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
